    It's fairly clean hotel nestled in a historic style building in the very accessible area. The honest and courteous staff and their quick responses to my needs. Great location for visiting eateries and restaurants. A very nice stay for a business trip...

    The room was immaculately clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. the decor was nice. - the staff were honest and very very nice. - the location of the hotel was marvelous - within a close distance from a must-see museum.

    The rooms look old-fashioned, and the bathrooms are very basic and need work... The overall impression of the room is a 2-3 star hotel, while the lobby gives a 5 star impression. It is to expensive for the quality.

    The hotel was silent and fairly clean. the location was stunning, very close to People's Square and Nanjing Road. - Good service was provided. - Easily reached Yueyuan Hotpot nearby for lunch or dinner.

    Location of the hotel is fantastic. It is very close to touristic attractions. Hotel is very comfortable. There are many good restaurants and fast foods and cafe's in the vicinity of the hotel. We did not have any difficulty in finding "Halal" (muslim food) restaurants near the hotel. There is a Turkish restaurant "Kervan" very near to the hotel.

    The swimming pool was not five star.
